To adapt to complex working conditions such as outdoor exposure, humidity, acid & alkali environment and high temperature for equipment in different overseas regions, our factory fully upgraded the surface treatment workshop, expanding a full set of export-grade production lines including anodizing, hard anodizing, stainless steel passivation, nickel electroplating, black oxide finish, sandblasting and polishing. We realize integrated delivery of CNC machining and surface treatment, eliminating secondary outsourcing for clients.
Many overseas buyers previously reported that cross-border purchased parts required separate surface treatment suppliers, extending lead time and risking secondary dimensional deviation. Now we complete all procedures in-house. Aluminum alloy parts support natural/color anodizing and hard wear-resistant anodizing; stainless steel parts can be passivated for rust resistance or mirror polished; carbon steel parts adopt electrophoresis and black oxide anti-corrosion treatment. The coating thickness and salt spray test duration can be customized per national standards of different countries, with up to 500-hour neutral salt spray resistance without rust.
All surface treatment data are synchronized with CNC machining parameters. Process allowances are reserved during machining to prevent dimensional tolerance overrun after oxidation and electroplating. Every batch of export parts after surface treatment comes with process inspection reports, marking coating thickness, salt spray test results and wear resistance coefficients, complying with acceptance standards of equipment manufacturers from Europe, America, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
Supported by integrated manufacturing capacity, precision automation connectors, new energy housings and medical hardware accessories can finish CNC machining and special surface treatment in one stop, greatly shortening overall delivery cycles and cutting cross-supplier
